Gamification is a growing trend in the business world, and it is transforming traditional business operations. As our secondary research showed, gamification can be implemented in recruitment and selection. By doing so there is a higher potential to engage and select employees that will fit the job offered and ultimately fit in the organization as well. It can be said that gamification has changed the perspectives of companies which are seeking the top talent and forced them to implement technology and innovative approached to traditional practices.
