Lei e pol?tica na Terra Ind?gena Rio das Cobras: a influ?ncia do estado brasileiro sobre a tradi??o Kaingang

This work questions the ways in which the collective leaders and the cacique make decisions regarding the problems that occur in the Indigenous Land of Rio das Cobras, which is located in the municipality of Nova Laranjeiras, in the State of Paran?. Among our objectives, we intend to understand where the role of the community in relation to the leaderships and their own culture is defined, as well as what transformations occurred in the recent historical process that altered the power relations within the Indigenous Land, and what are the points of some subjects of the community regarding the political question and the presence of external laws included in the village of Rio das Cobras. Through the research carried out, it is possible to discuss the issue of politics and laws in relation to indigenous peoples, with the intention of showing ways for the indigenous people to find a way to reduce the conflicts that currently occur within the Indigenous Land. In this sense, the history of the former village leaders will be researched and compared to the way leadership occurs in current times, in order to improve understanding of political issues and internal and external laws in the Rio das Cobras indigenous land.Esse trabalho problematiza as maneiras como as lideran?as coletivas e o cacique tomam decis?es em rela??o aos problemas que acontecem na Terra Ind?gena de Rio das Cobras, a qual se localiza no munic?pio de Nova Laranjeiras, no Estado Paran?. Entre nossos objetivos, pretende-se compreender onde se define o papel da comunidade perante as lideran?as e a sua pr?pria cultura, assim como quais transforma??es ocorreram no processo hist?rico recente que alteraram as rela??es de poder no interior da Terra Ind?gena, e quais s?o os pontos de vista de alguns sujeitos da comunidade a respeito da quest?o pol?tica e da presen?a de leis externas inclu?das na aldeia Rio das Cobras. Atrav?s da pesquisa realizada ? poss?vel discutir a quest?o da pol?tica e das leis com rela??o aos ind?genas, com inten??o de mostrar caminhos para que o povo ind?gena possa encontrar uma forma de diminuir os conflitos que ocorrem atualmente no interior da Terra Ind?gena. Nesse sentido, a hist?ria das antigas lideran?as da aldeia ser? pesquisada e comparada com a forma como ocorre ? lideran?a nos tempos atuais, de forma a melhorar o entendimento das quest?es pol?ticas e das leis internas e externas na terra ind?gena Rio das Cobras
