This study aims to explain: (1) Knowing the conduct of online business among Surakarta students, (2) Knowing the obstacles faced by students in running online businesses, especially Surakarta students, (3) Knowing how to increase online business sales among Surakarta students. The population in this study were Surakarta students who run online businesses, with a total sample of 15 respondents. The design of this study is qualitative research using an ethnographic approach that is descriptive analytic. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation.
