AIM OF THE STUDY - to evaluate patient awareness about cardiovascular disease prevention program, and motives for participation at N family clinic. METHODS. Type of study: quantitative analytical instantaneous analysis of observation. Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted at the North family clinic from november 2018 to march 2019, visiting patients (N = 210) are 50–65 year-old women and 40–55 year-old men. Results were considered to be statistically significant when the probability of error p<0.05.
