SUMMARY Aim: To assess risk factors, parental education, and possible outcome, which causes dental caries in adolescents in Gujarat, India Methodology: The all sample for this study were randomly selected from the clinic in Gujarat, India with the help of Dr. Ashok Kanubhai Bhinsara. The questionnaire sent to the clinic at 2019/04/7. Doctor himself reviewed whole questionnaire. Original questionnaire was used for this study.
