Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. bands Scream, Outrage and The Obsessed. The concert occurred at the University of Maryland's Stamp Student Union Colony Ballroom in College Park, Maryland on November 4, 1983. The concert was co-sponsored by the University Commuters Association and WMUC, the campus' student-run radio station.
