Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk band Government Issue. The other bands on the bill were the California punk band TSOL, the Chicago, Illinois punk band Naked Raygun, and the Washington, D.C. punk band Cereal Killers. The concert occurred at WUST Radio Hall in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, June 20, 1985.
