Hazel N. Morgan (1894-1985) was an American music educator. She received degrees from the University of Nebraska, Nebraska State Teachers College, Claremont College, the University of Minnesota, and the MacPhail School of Music. She authored numerous texts on music education and was inducted into Music Educators National Conference (MENC)s Music Educators Hall of Fame in 1998 (the organization is now known as the National Association for Music Education (NAfME)).
