This study investigates the current situation of strategic planning and the figure of the planner in Spain, as well as the use of insight as a creative concept. The main hypothesis states that strategic planning has been consolidated in Spain as an indispensable area in the definition of persuasive communication strategies, largely focusing on a greater knowledge of the target audience from a psychological perspective. The methodology is based on conducting surveys on a sample of active professionals, all from the field of strategic planning.
