The phenomenon of the non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) it is relatively recent and we can refer to the 80s as the decade of these particular type of organizations. Governments, intergovernmental organizations and mainly, public opinions have discovered and well-known, at least, the utility, the positive or negative impact and their potential capacity. So called Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) possess, more and more, a more remarcable presence in the societies of our days. However, that knowledge is a helping factor but, in no way, essential so that people show interested in sign in some of these organizations.
