Introduction: The Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is an aquatic sport that has become popular all over the world over the past few years. Objective: To evaluate changes in body composition from the practice of SUP in two sedentary individuals. Methods: The research was composed by a Woman (25 years) and a man (26 years) sedentary. To assess the level of physical activity, IPAQ was used. Anticipating the beginning of the training, the anthropometric data of body mass and height were collected to calculate the body mass index (BMI).
