La sinonimia nocional, un caso peculiar de sinonimia en terminología

This article, which stems from a research on the subject of noncontractual civil liability from a terminological and terminographical point of view, analyses several cases of terms that without being full synonyms to each other, get to the point of getting mixed and finally end up designating, without distinction, one sole notion, a sort of extension of the notion of synonymy. This paper aims to dismantle the mechanism of these cases of improper synonymy, firstly by accusing and proving their presence and the examples which betray it, and ultimately by indicating the rules that will help make the most accurate semantic distinction of their components.El presente artículo, que parte de una investigación sobre el tema de la Responsabilidad civil extracontractual desde la perspectiva terminológica y terminográfica, analiza varios casos de términos que, sin ser por completo sinónimos entre sí, llegan a confundirse y a designar indistintamente una noción única, produciéndose, pues, una suerte de extensión de la noción de la sinonimia. Este trabajo pretende desmontar el mecanismo de estos casos de indebida sinonimia, acusando y demostrando, en primer lugar, su presencia y los ejemplos que la traicionan y, en última instancia, indicando las normas para realizar la distinción semántica más exacta de sus elementos
