The market of catlle raising is more demanding in what relates to quality of milk. The milking is one of the critical points and constitutes a threat to the quality of milk. Milk production in Brazil occurs under rudimentary conditions by small agriculturists who aren’t assisted by programs involving hygienical practices and production enhancing. Our aim was to evaluate hygienical and sanitary conditions of dairy farms of familiar agriculturists from Cascavel and Guaraniaçu-PR. Between March and April, 2008, check lists were done related to hygienical procedures of milk, cattle sanity and others aspects that influence milk quality.
