Las historias inmediatas y del presente en la historiografía actual

This article expounds an overview of the so-called immediate and present histories which have appeared in the last decades, their reflections, and groups of research and processes of institutionalisation. First, it presents them as a new way of making history emerged essentially in France from the 1970s onwards, and linked to ideas such as the present, the immediate, the generations, the retour of politics, etc. Next, it examines their reception in different countries and especially in Latin-America, in addition to their correlates developed in a more or less independent way. And finally, it comments on their features of “new history”.El artículo hace un repaso por las llamadas “historias inmediatas” e “historias del presente” que se han desarrollado en la historiografía de las últimas décadas, sus reflexiones, grupos de investigación y procesos de institucionalización. Primero, las presenta como una nueva forma de hacer historia surgida fundamentalmente en Francia, a partir de los años setenta, vinculada a ideas como el presente, lo inmediato, las generaciones, el retorno de la política, etc. A continuación, examina su proceso de recepción en distintos países y en especial en Latinoamérica, así como los correlatos de las mismas que se han desarrollado de modo más o menos independiente. Y finalmente, comenta sus rasgos de “nueva historia”
