Educación en contextos multiculturales: experiencia etnoeducativa e intercultural con población indígena del Resguardo Embera Chamí - Mistrató, Risaralda - Colombia

This educative investigation responds to the need of studying intercultural education phenomenon according to the pluri-ethnicity and multiculturalism of the different territories and communities in Colombia according to a three-category framework: indigenous education, ethno- education and intercultural education. As a systematization of pedagogic experiences, it aims at describing, critically analyzing and understanding the communicative and sociocultural dynamics that occur during the educative and socio-pedagogical processes in the indigenous communities Embera Chamí in the department of Risaralda (Colombia). The qualitative research has been based on the methodological strategy of systematizing experiences starting from the general reconstruction of the process and the interpretative and critical analysis of the participants’ graduate papers (as evidences) of the significant learning by using a matrix for systematization of socio- pedagogical experiences in intercultural contexts: ETINDICU (Ethno-education- indigenous-intercultural). The main conclusions and recommendations focus on: a) the design and development of public policy in education, that takes into account the characteristics of Indigenous education; b) proposing and advancing qualitative socio-pedagogical research from the systematization of contextual and territorial experiences (Matrix ETINDICU); and c) training and increasing in participants the professionalization of the Degree of Ethno- education and Community. Esta investigación educativa responde a la necesidad de estudiar el fenómeno de la educación intercultural desde la plurietnicidad y multiculturalidad de los diversos territorios y pueblos de Colombia a partir de un marco de referencia de tres grandes categorías: Educación indígena, Etnoeducación y Educación Intercultural. Como sistematización de experiencias pedagógicas, busca describir, analizar críticamente y comprender las dinámicas comunicativas y socioculturales que tienen lugar durante los procesos educativos y sociopedagógicos con las comunidades indígenas Embera Chamí del Departamento de Risaralda. La investigación, de corte cualitativo, se ha basado en la estrategia metodológica de sistematización de experiencias desde la reconstrucción general del proceso y el análisis interpretativo y crítico de los trabajos de grado de los participantes (como evidencias) de los aprendizajes significativos, a partir de una matriz propia para sistematización de experiencias sociopedagógicas en contextos interculturales: ETINDICU (Etnoeducación-indígena-intercultural). Las conclusiones y recomendaciones principales se centran en: a) el diseño y desarrollo de la política pública en educación, que tenga en cuenta las características propias de la educación indígena; b) proponer y avanzar en investigaciones socio-pedagógicas cualitativas desde la sistematización de experiencias contextuales y territoriales (Matriz ETINDICU; y c) formar y aumentar en participantes la profesionalización de la Licenciatura en Etnoeducación y Desarrollo comunitario
