Fauna edáfica sob diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo para produção de cucurbitáceas

The objective was to evaluate the influence of the types of use and management of the soil on the edaphic fauna in different times of the year. The experimental design was a randomized block design with split plots in three replicates, with two traps per subplot, totaling 36 traps. Soil tillage systems were no-tillage with winter cover of oats, no-tillage using oat + vetch + turnip consortium and conventional soil tillage with oat cover. In the subplots the cultures of pumpkin and zucchini were implanted as commercial crops. The abundance of soil fauna was analyzed by the Shannon, Simpson and Pielou diversity indexes. In addition, the data analyzed as orders were submitted to multivariate analysis of Principal Components (PCA). The edaphic fauna is influenced by the management systems, showing itself to be much more diverse in the no-tillage system. Cover plants influence the diversity and abundance of edaphic fauna. The most common organisms were the Collembola, independent of treatments and time of collection (CONFERIR).O objetivo foi avaliar a influência dos tipos de uso e manejo do solo sobre a fauna edáfica em diferentes épocas do ano. O delineamento experimental foi de blocos ao acaso com parcelas subdivididas, em três repetições, sendo instaladas duas armadilhas por subparcela, totalizando 36 armadilhas. Os sistemas de preparo do solo foram o plantio direto com cobertura hibernal de aveia, o plantio direto com o uso de consórcio de aveia + ervilhaca + nabo e o preparo convencional do solo com cobertura de aveia. Nas subparcelas foram implantadas as culturas de abóbora e abobrinha de tronco como culturas comerciais. A abundância da fauna do solo foi analisada pelos índices de diversidade de Shannon, Simpson e Pielou. Adicionalmente os dados analisados como ordens foram submetidos à análise multivariada de Componentes Principais (ACP). A fauna edáfica sofre influência dos sistemas de manejo, mostrando-se bem mais diversa no sistema de plantio direto. As plantas de cobertura influenciam na diversidade e abundancia da fauna edáfica. Consequentemente, as diferentes épocas de coletas influenciam a fauna do solo, principalmente pela diferente oferta de alimento em cada época amostral.
