Law 1010 of 2006 specifically regulated workplace harassment in Colombia. This legal change has not had a particular impact or any particular effect on judicial decisions that address working conditions and the treatment of workplace discrimination. Thus, judicial decisions are made taking into account a number of arguments that could be made with or without this law.
