This research aims to analyze how the Internet has emerged as a new instrument of essential communication, both in production and distribution of content for many of the new Brazilian writers who use their literary blogs as an instrument of diffusion and how these authors consider that their author's copyrights should be treated in this new context of publication in the cyberspace. The study is based on the application of a survey on-line to literary bloggers. The objectives of this study were: to know the motivations of the literary authors when they maintain and disseminate their creations through a blog and understand if their aspirations have been successfully achieved through the use and continued maintenance of this tool. The second objective is to investigate the perception of the authors about the concept of copyleftLa presente investigación pretende analizar cómo Internet se ha erigido un nuevo medio de comunicación esencial, tanto en la producción como en la distribución de contenido. Muchos de los nuevos escritores brasileños utilizan sus blogs literarios para la difusión de sus textos. Investigamos cómo estos autores consideran que deben tener tratados sus derechos de autor en este nuevo contexto de publicación del ciberespacio. El estudio está basado en la aplicación de una encuesta on-line a autores de blogs literarios.
