Geogramas, por uma ontologia dos fatos geográficos

Referring mainly to Leroi-Gouran�s anthropology, Merleau-Ponty�s phenomenology of the body, to Plato�s, Aristotle�s and Heidegger�s conception of place, and Watsuji�s conception of milieu, this article proposes an ontology of geographical facts. Human existence is both expressed and sustained by geograms, motifs that, at the same time, within the relationship of the ecumene, are its technical imprint and its symbolical matrix.Remetendo-se especialmente à antropologia de Leroi-Gourhan, à fenomenologia do corpo de Merleau-Ponty, à concepção de lugar (lieu) de Platão, Aristóteles e Heidegger, assim como à concepção de meio (milieu) de Watsuji, este artigo propõe uma ontologia dos fatos geográficos. Os geogramas exprimem e sustentam a existência humana, eles são simultaneamente a marca técnica e a matriz simbólica dessa existência que acontece no ecúmeno
