Coming into university can influence the habits of young people, contributing to the increased risk of disease. The objective of the study was to verify the effect of combined physical exercise on anthropometric measurements, body composition and biochemical tests. A study of 61 female students (18-25 years old) from a public university. Anthropometric evaluation, body composition and biochemical examinations were performed before and after participating in the activities of a combined exercise program.
