The concept of time has evolved, from the ancient Greeks, along a period of more than two thousand years. With the emergence of the individual sciences, the problem shifted from philosophy to natural science, and physics, as the base of fundamental science, performance an essential role in this matter. Early last century, Einstein revolutionized the concept of time with the Theory of Relativity. But what are the logical connections of the modern concept of time with ancient philosophy?
