El Poder de la Vida desde la perspectiva de los Movimientos Sociales Emergentes en la Era Biopolítica Global; The Power of Life from the perspective of Emerging Social Movements in the Global Biopolitical Era

The objective of this research is to interpret the theory and practice of politics and the emerging Latin American Social Movements in the context of Capitalist Neoliberal Globalization, resignifying epistemologically, ideologically and ontologically the historical subjects of Power-Saber in their proxies of change or in movement in relation to its authorities, through the recognition of alternative political practices and experiences, emancipatory and socio-cultural in an emergency. The research is Qualitative, framed within the Social Theory of Complexity, as an emerging theory, open to reflection and transdisciplinary discussed in a dialogue between and with the disciplines; from the Hermeneutic method which allows to explain and comprehend involve the theoretical meanings and practices, objective and subjective, ethical and aesthetic about instituted and instituting knowledge. In conclusion, it is understood that Life constitutes the paradigm to know that it dignifies the condition of being human, of being an integral part, not totally, of humanity and the Emerging Social Movements represent an alternative conception of Human Dignity neither superior nor inferior in the space of self-determination and individual and collective sovereignty in the path of a world in common.El objetivo de esta Investigación es interpretar la teoría y práctica de la biopolítica y los Movimientos Sociales Latinoamericanos emergentes en el contexto de la Globalización Neoliberal Capitalista, resignificando epistemológica, ideológica y ontológicamente a los sujetos históricos de Poder-Saber en su praxis de cambio o en movimiento en relación con sus alteridades, a través del reconocimiento de prácticas y experiencias políticas alternativas, emancipatorias y socio-culturales en emergencia. La investigación es Cualitativa, enmarcada dentro de la Teoría Social de la Complejidad, como teoría emergente, abierta a la reflexión y a la discusión Transdisciplinar en un diálogo entre y con las disciplinas, desde el método Hermenéutico el cual permite explicar e implicar compresivamente las significaciones teóricas y prácticas, objetivas y subjetivas, éticas y estéticas sobre los saberes instituidos e instituyentes. En conclusión, se comprende que la Vida constituye el paradigma a saber que dignifica la condición de ser humanos, de ser parte integrante, parcial no total, de la humanidad y los Movimientos Sociales emergentes representan una concepción alternativa de la Dignidad Humana ni superior ni inferior en el espacio de la auto-determinación y la soberanía individual y colectiva en vías de un mundo en común
