The purpose of this article is to contribute to a better understanding of the actions, relations and interactions of stakeholders involved in the production and distribution of food products exchanged through culinary tourism. To achieve it, the research incorporates the ions of Relational Economic Geography and the principle of path dependence, and applies them to the case of Catalonia (Spain). The results provided by 320 surveys are presented by tourist regions known as tourism brands.
