The objective of this study was to identify the presence of Feeding and Eating Disorders (FED) in obese patients prior to starting weight loss treatment, determining the presence of restrictive diets, nighttime intakes and compulsive eating according to sex and age.The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and observational. The selection of the sample was carried out by means of a sampling of non-probabilistic type for convenience, being made up of 150 clinical histories of people with obesity who attended the center “Dieta Club” of Dr. Cormillot, in Rosario, during the months of January to March 2018.Results: 56.7% of the patients had restrictive diets, 28% had night eating syndrome and 65.3% had compulsive diets.A significant associatio...
