The Organizational Climate (CLIO) is the perception of the environment of an organizational system where organizational and individual factors of its members interrelate, being Litwin and Stringer in 1968 the first authors to conceptualize the organizational climate under the perceptual perspective. For the elaboration of this review, 10 high-quality and up-to-date bibliographical references were consulted and belong to prestigious journals on the subject. It addresses its importance and difference with the organizational culture, which is what identifies one company from the other and permanent in time while the climate is variable.
