About tourism in Madrid: postcard extemporaneity focuses its attention on temporary leaks that have been allowed by the image issued from the postcard to contribute to the completion of sightseeing. The objective is to confront how Madrid`s tourism is reverted in the image, the rich informative nature of the visual sources in its container and the adjustment to the prerogatives of the tourist instrumented currently with its own optical device. The election of the postcards that make up the collection and the spatial coordinates which relate them to the visual sites follow the ethnographic observation parameters.
