Cómo la red influye en la narración: motivos meta-narrativos en las novelas amorosas contemporáneas

The article analyzes five contemporary epistolary romance novels; in each one of them transmitted speech forms a significant part, especially written messages that the characters direct to each other through the internet. The use of the network as the main channel of communication has important consequences: a (passing) tendency to include extensive metatextual references related to technical aspects (phenomenon already in retreat), the presence of anachronisms and the question of truth and false identity as one of the substantial thematic axes that is reflected in the structure through the motif of the found manuscript, and, finally, changes in the structure and form of the genre of the epistolary novel.En el artículo se analizan cinco novelas amorosas epistolares contemporáneas donde una parte significante lo constituye el discurso transmitido, en especial, los mensajes escritos que los personajes dirigen unos a otros a través de internet. El uso de la red como canal principal de comunicación tiene unas consecuencias importantes: tendencia pasajera de incluir amplias referencias metatextuales relacionadas con los aspectos técnicos (fenómeno ya en retroceso), presencia de los anacronismos y de la cuestión de veracidad y de falsa identidad como uno de los ejes temáticos sustanciales que encuentra una analogía en la estructura las a través del motivo de manuscrito encontrado y, finalmente, cambios en la estructura y forma del género de la novela epistolar
