El sistema e-México y su revolución informática social

The e-México system is a federal design that began to work in 2001; its goal is to reduce the digital divide in the country and to offer equality of informatics opportunities to the citizens that live in areas geographically damaged or with a difficult access. The way used to make possible that the digital resources and internet services arrive to these places is through Digital centers for the community, called “Centros Comunitarios Digitales” or CCD. This investigation study emphasize in the verification of the impact and value of the services that offers the CCD to the citizens. El sistema e-México es un programa federal que empieza a operar en 2001; su objetivo es la disminución de la brecha digital existente en el país y brindar igualdad de oportunidades informáticas para los pobladores que se encuentran en lugares geográficamente accidentados o de difícil acceso. La forma en la que se hacen llegar los recursos informáticos y el servicio de internet es a través de los Centros Comunitarios Digitales conocidos como CCD. El presente estudio de investigación centra su atención en la verificación del impacto y el valor significativo que otorgan a los usuarios los servicios que ofrece el CCD.
