This paper seeks to analyze the possible relationships that begin to be established between the legalization of physical education in schools and the legitimization of the body in the school environment. The body, always present, is now made expressly evident. Historical absence will generate movements and decisions into this institution. The starting point is the idea that Physical Education as an educational discipline intentionally takes a corporeal being as a pedagogical subject, which gives him discipline sense and identity.
