El Clima Organizacional en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Proyecto e Investigaciones Hidráulicos Las Tunas

The research is directed to the behavior of the organizational climate in the Base Business Unit Project and Hydraulic Research in Las Tunas At present the organizational climate is a topic of great importance for organizations that direct their management in the continuous improvement of the work environment, Therefore, it is considered to be a key factor in the development of institutions and its in-depth study, diagnosis and improvement directly affects the so-called spirit of the organization. Therefore, in the present work a conceptual approach is made to the subject, which allows demonstrating the importance of the organizational climate in an organization, for which they need the adequate and trained personnel for the execution of each one of the activities that are required, achieved through an adequate organizational climate. The main objective of this research was the analysis of the factors that affect the organizational climate in the UEB Project and Hydraulic Investigations, located in the municipality of Las Tunas. Being a descriptive type research, as a source we present a background of research on the organizational climate and where information is included about the indicators used, which were: Leadership, Communication, Job Satisfaction, Participation and InterpersonalRelations. The study subjects were 29 workers, which were made up of 3 of the leading category, 5 workers, 1 service and 20 technicians; The instrument used for the collection of information was a questionnaire, which was then processed and the statistical data analyzed. With a scale of Values that ranged from "satisfactory" to "with difficulties". The presentation and analysis of results was given by graph and table, where it was concluded that the organizational climate of the unit is favorable in general.La investigación está dirigida al comportamiento del clima organizacional en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Proyecto e Investigaciones Hidráulicos en Las Tunas. En la actualidad el clima organizacional es un tema de gran importancia para las organizaciones que encaminan su gestión en el continuo mejoramiento del ambiente de trabajo, por ello se considera que es un factor clave en el desarrollo de las instituciones y su estudio en profundidad, diagnóstico y mejoramiento incide de manera directa en el denominado espíritu de la organización. Por lo anterior, en el presente trabajo se realiza una aproximación conceptual al tema, que permite demostrar la importancia del clima organizacional en una organización, para lo cual necesitan el personal adecuado y capacitado para la ejecución de cada una de las actividades que se requieran, lográndose mediante un clima organizacional adecuado. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el análisis de los factores que afectan el clima organizacional en la UEB Proyecto e Investigaciones hidráulicos, ubicada en el municipio de las Tunas. Siendo una investigación de tipo descriptivo, como fuente se presentan antecedentes de investigaciones sobre el clima organizacional y donde se incluye información sobre los indicadores utilizados, los cuales fueron: Liderazgo, Comunicación, Satisfacción laboral, Participación y Relaciones interpersonales. Los sujetos de estudio fueron 29 trabajadores, los cuales estaban conformados por 3 de la categoría dirigente, 5 operarios, 1 servicio y 20 técnicos; el instrumento utilizado para la recolección de información fue un cuestionario, que luego se procesó y se analizaron los datos estadísticos. Con una escala de Valores que abarcó desde “satisfactorio” hasta “con dificultades”. La presentación y análisis de resultados se dio mediante gráfica y tabla, en donde se logró concluir que el clima organizacional de la unidad es favorable en general
