The most appropriate way to evaluate the quality of a free or proprietary virtual training platform is based on the usability analysis made by users who through their perception facilitate the quantification of the quality factor which will serve as a guide for the selection and acquisition of this type of applications by the Educational Institutions. To quantify this assessment more accurately, we propose to design a diffuse logic model based on user’s experience, which integrates usability measurement variable for the more precise generation of data than the qualitative methods already used; demonstrating that the output degree of belonging of the variable (Usability) from the proprietary platforms is greater, such model forces developers...
