Sistema de talleres para contribuir a la atención educativa de niños y niñas con alteraciones en el desarrollo intelectual

The preparation of the promoters of the Educates your Son" Program, requires timely identification of the challenges of educational attention to children´s diversity to face in the present millennium, requires attention to their basic and specialized training, their ability to integrate knowledge and research in coherence with the Cuban socialist project, to provide all human beings with equal opportunities. In the context of the scientific community in the country, educational attention has been achieved to children who show alterations in their intellectual development, however not all of them receive the educational response they really demand through non-institutional route, nor the promoters of the “Educate your Child" Program, they have the essential knowledge updated for their performance in the stimulation process of these children. This article proposes a system of workshops to contribute to the educational attention of children with alterations in the intellectual development.La preparación de las promotoras del Programa “Educa a tu Hijo”, requiere la identificación oportuna de los retos de la atención educativa a la diversidad infantil a enfrentar en el presente milenio, requiere prestar atención a su formación básica y especializada, a su capacidad para integrar los conocimientos e investigar en coherencia con el proyecto socialista cubano, de brindar a todos los seres humanos, igualdad de oportunidades. En el contexto de la comunidad científica en el país, se ha logrado la atención educativa a los niños y niñas que presentan alteraciones en su desarrollo intelectual, sin embargo no todos reciben por la vía no institucional la respuesta educativa que realmente demandan, ni las promotoras del Programa “Educa a tu Hijo”, cuentan con los conocimientos esenciales actualizados para su desempeño en el proceso de estimulación de estos niños.
