Abstract

 This article develops a bibliographical exploration that has as an objective to analyze how the enigma of subjectivity can be thought and reflectioned from on attention frame to diversity, where the thing that pretends to safeward for the sake of reducing exclusion and discrimination processes, it is the recognition of the other as a single being. What does the educational practice show when efforts point at giving diversified attention and to recognize students individuality? Being the diversity a multifacetic construct, this one should turn to the intersubjective plan of nature and its essence deserves to be tackled from an interdisciplinary scaffolding whose basis is represented by philosophy, psychoanalysis and social science.
