This article describes some behaviors in infants supported in the perception of money, consumption practices and the factors that influence children in their role as consumers. It is based on a qualitative study conducted in the city of Villavicencio (Colombia) in children with ages from 5 to 9 years old of low and middle levels in the social scale.
