De una guerra a otra: Oscenses en la Resistencia francesa (1939-1945)

The main aim of this article is to identify the group of Huesca combatants who took an active part within the Spanish contingent in the fight against fascism, serving in the ranks of both the French Resistance and the Free French army. Furthermore, it offers an overview of the various actions carried out by the Alto Aragonese combatants during the Second World War. This study is based on a detailed examination of different primary sources kept in the archives of the French Ministry of Defence, which, in relation to testimonies and secondary sources, has resulted in a detailed analysis of the involvement of fighters from the province of Huesca, a task that I have been able to carry out on the basis of two broader analysis frameworks: the study of the Spanish exile to France as a result of the Civil War (1936-1939) and the involvement of foreigners in the Resistance movement.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal identificar al colectivo oscense que, dentro del grupo español, tomó parte activa en la lucha antifascista en las filas tanto de la Resistencia francesa como de los ejércitos de la Francia libre, así como ofrecer una visión de conjunto de las diferentes acciones que protagonizaron los resistentes altoaragoneses durante segundo conflicto mundial. Este trabajo se apoya en el examen detallado de diferentes fuentes primarias conservadas en los archivos del Ministerio de Defensa francés, cuya relación con testimonios y fuentes secundarias ha dado como resultado el análisis pormenorizado de la participación oscense, tarea que he podido llevar a cabo descendiendo de dos marcos de análisis más amplios: el estudio del exilio español llegado a Francia como consecuencia de la Guerra Civil (1936-1939) y la intervención extranjera en la lucha resistente
