In the contemporary world, society faces new challenges and prospects in line with the complexity and diversity of the multicultural context in which it is inserted, requiring the need for improvement of the social and cultural link to solve the current paradigm of indigenous peoples in which the principles of justice are recognized against legal pluralism. In a multicultural society, as is the case of Ecuador, it requires new approaches that solve the above mentioned problems.
