In this article, educational policies are analyzed in a context of differences and inequalities. It is part of an analysis of the strategy of social inclusion from the perspective of critical pedagogy, as it makes possible the struggle for the democratization of the right to education and its effective implementation. Critical pedagogy reaffirms the public dimension of education and its instituting power, based on principles of recognition, equality and social justice, highlighting its emancipatory power in the consolidation of practices, strengthening of subjects and mobilization of actions around the defense of the right to education. ...
