La percepción de los profesores sobre los niños retornados

The transfer of Mexicans toward the United States of America is a historic act. Today the situation is currently living in the U.S., It has edge to higher migration actors return to their hometowns and together with them children with a life newly begun, but with a long experiential anchor. Thus, the return becomes a complementary phase of migration; with everything what it portends for the children. It is therefore that increases interests flip to see school scenarios, because the school is the first systematic contact of children with new cultural models. Given the importance of the perception that the teacher has returned students to promote a successful integrative process, we designed a qualitative research, based on the phenomenological method, with the purpose of analyzing the perception of four teachers from a community with strong migratory tradition of return. Interviews were conducted with the teachers and analyzed their speeches in relation to his experience and thinking on the phenomenon of returning to school. The most relevant results are concerned, 1) the idea of integration handled by certain teachers is equivalent to simple physical presence of the students in normal classroom, on the playground, 2) predominates the conviction in the Centre of education there is no racism, 3) teachers are considered little or nothing prepared to meet children returnees, which distresses them.El traslado de mexicanos hacia los Estados Unidos de América es un acto histórico. Hoy en día la situación que se vive actualmente en E.U., ha orillado a que los mayores actores de la migración regresen a sus ciudades de origen y junto con ellos niños y niñas con una vida recién comenzada, pero con un largo anclaje experiencial. Así pues, el retorno se convierte en una fase complementaria de la migración. Es por lo anterior que surge el interés de voltear a ver los escenarios escolares, pues la escuela es el primer contacto sistemático de los niños con los nuevos modelos culturales. Dada la importancia de la percepción que el docente tiene del alumno retornado para favorecer un proceso integrativo exitoso, se diseñó una investigación cualitativa, basada en el método fenomenológico, con la finalidad de analizar la percepción de cuatro profesores de una comunidad con fuerte tradición migratoria de retorno. Se realizaron entrevistas con los profesores y analizaron sus discursos en relación a su experiencia y pensamiento sobre el fenómeno de retorno en la escuela. Los resultados más relevantes se refieren a que, 1) la idea de integración manejada por ciertos profesores equivale a la simple presencia física de este alumnado en el aula normal y en el recreo, 2) predomina la convicción de que en el centro de educación no existe racismo, 3) los profesores se consideran poco o nada preparados para atender niños retornados, lo cual les angustia
