This article presents biographical-narrative research into a media education process conducted with educators in training. We analyze a series of autobiographical reflective texts prepared using digital media (technobiographies). We focus on two main lines of study: on the one hand, the complex relations between the public and the private in terms of shaping the intimacy and management of the self and the construction of identity in the society-network regarding issues related to self-image, hypervisibility or cultural creation; on the other hand, the learning of digital citizenship through the appropriation of digital media.
