This article discusses about the research in two primary schools in Durango City, to identify the perceptions of teachers and principals regarding the participation of multiple programs and projects in rural primary schools. The method used is a case study, which corresponds to a qualitative ethnographic line; for the rescue of information is used observation and interview. It is to examine in depth to identify key programs that work, the problems of higher incidence, the type of support provided by the organizational structure and responsibilities of those involved in education for proper implementation of programs and projects, empirical rescued contrasted with theoretical information on the reforms and the problematic situations of educa...
