Diseño del programa de mejoramiento del sistema gerencial para generar una comercialización sostenible de papa común en el proceso de compra al interior de la corporación de abastos de Bogotá S.A.

he sustainable marketing of perishable foods is part of the corporate social responsibility that is currently being developed by the Corporation of Abastos de Bogotá SA CORABASTOS, within its 2016-2025 development plan that will allow it to position itself as the most important food center in the country and a benchmark for the National market. This sustainability is framed within the process of purchase, enlistment and sale of perishable products, where the most important parts of the chain are involved, and which is not limited exclusively to the commercial actor that performs its activity within the plant. In this order, the producer is considered, who within the post-harvest activities must adopt and implement active measures to generate added value, which minimizes the environmental impact generated in the field and allows the food center to receive the product, mitigate the risks of high environmental impact. Now, within the process of preparation of the product for sale, the management of waste, its subsequent use and the use of those not suitable for marketing, but for consumption, position the process within the plant, generating a preponderance of the business brand and competitive advantage. The sale of the product must, apart from the utilities, cause responsible consumption behaviors, as a product of the intended sustainability. The Business Diagnosis and the intervention plan allowed, in an organized manner, to propose the appropriate way to arrive at the design and implementation of a management system, for which it was necessary to review and modify fundamental sections of the Internal Operating Regulations and the same organizational structure of the company, which based on public policy allows its applicability and functionality, seeking the commitment of the stakeholders participating in the process and that have an important impact on the expected result. With the development of a methodological process of participatory action research, in three phases: contact with the community, collection and analysis of information, with qualitative and quantitative instruments, it seeks to generate proposals for solution and implementation, analyzing the situation that lives each of the actors involved in the process, their interests, projections and socio-environmental needs that guide the sustainability of the process. The approach and modeling of a participatory financial scheme allows generating periodic adjustments that facilitate the involvement of more participants, to the extent that the results materialize.La comercialización sostenible de alimentos perecederos hace parte de la responsabilidad social empresarial que desarrolla actualmente la Corporación de Abastos de Bogotá S.A CORABASTOS, dentro de su plan de desarrollo 2016-2025 que le permitirá posicionarse como la central de alimentos más importante del país y referente del mercado nacional. Dicha sostenibilidad está enmarcada dentro del proceso de compra, alistamiento y venta de productos perecederos, en donde se involucran las partes más importantes de la cadena y que no se limita exclusivamente al actor comercial que ejecuta su actividad dentro de la central. En este orden, se considera al productor, quien dentro de las actividades de post cosecha debe adoptar e implementar medidas activas tendientes a generar valor agregado, que minimice el impacto ambiental generado en el campo y permita a la central de alimentos como receptora del producto, mitigar los riesgos de alto impacto ambiental. Ahora bien, dentro del proceso de alistamiento del producto para la venta, el manejo de los residuos, su posterior aprovechamiento y el uso de aquellos no aptos para comercialización, pero si para el consumo, posicionan el proceso dentro de la central, generando preponderancia de la marca empresarial y ventaja competitiva. La venta del producto debe, aparte de las utilidades causar comportamientos responsables de consumo, como producto de la sostenibilidad pretendida.El Diagnóstico empresarial y el plan de intervención permitieron de manera organizada, plantear la forma adecuada de llegar al diseño e implementación de un sistema gerencial, para lo cual fue necesario revisar y modificar apartes fundamentales del Reglamento Interno de Funcionamiento y de la misma estructura organizacional de la empresa, que basados en la política pública permiten su aplicabilidad y funcionabilidad, buscando el compromiso de los grupos de interés participantes en el proceso y que inciden de manera importante en el resultado esperado.Con el desarrollo de un proceso metodológico de investigación de acción participativa, en tres fases: contacto con la comunidad, recolección y análisis de la información, con instrumentos cualitativos y cuantitativos, se busca generar propuestas de solución y de implementación, analizando la situación que vive cada uno de los actores que participan en el proceso, sus intereses, proyecciones y necesidades socio ambientales que orienten a la sostenibilidad del proceso.El planteamiento y modelación de un esquema financiero participativo, permite generar ajustes periódicos que facilite el involucramiento de mas participantes, a la medida en que se materialicen los resultados
