Turismo colaborativo en Colombia ¿una realidad?

Although sharing is the essence of the human being, the emergence of the sharing economy is a recent phenomenon in the world, its growth has been boosted especially by the development of information technologies, which have served to connect users from different origins. The objective of this document was to conduct a tour of the sharing economy, how it has influenced the tourism sector, mainly in Colombia, a country that has grown in tourist numbers, mainly after the beginning of the process of peace dialogues. The results showed that the collaborative economy is based on trust between users and suppliers. This sharing has involved the emergence of a new business model called peer to peer P2P, which affects the tourism sector, thanks to the new consumer trends, among which is a change in the profile of tourists, who demand friendly products with the environment and have the need to be connected through social networks. The collaborative economy is a cultural phenomenon considered by the Times magazine as one of the ten ideas that will change the world, and that in Colombia just it begins.Aunque compartir es la esencia del ser humano, el surgimiento de la economía colaborativa es un fenómeno reciente en el mundo, su crecimiento ha sido impulsado especialmente por el desarrollo de las tecnologías de la información, que han servido para poner en contacto a usuarios de distintas procedencias. El objetivo de este documento fue realizar un recorrido por la economía colaborativa, cómo ha influido en el sector turístico, principalmente en Colombia, país que ha crecido en las cifras de turistas, principalmente luego de iniciado el proceso de diálogos de paz. En los resultados se encontró que la economía colaborativa está basada en la confianza entre usuarios y proveedores. Este compartir ha implicado el surgimiento de un nuevo modelo de negocio denominado peer to peer P2P, el cual incide en el sector turístico, gracias a las nuevas tendencias de consumo, entre las cuales se destaca un cambio en el perfil de los turistas, quienes demandan productos amigables con el medio ambiente y tienen la necesidad de estar conectados a través de las redes sociales. La economía colaborativa es un fenómeno cultural considerado por la revista Times como una de las diez ideas que cambiarán el mundo, y que en Colombia apenas inicia
