This article is recurrent to the essay methodology, and has the purpose of analyzing experiences from Brazilian universities that have joined the extend of reservation quota for black and indigenous people. We have observed in these experiences the impasses, the bindings and the search for solutions. Thus, we have analyzed the experiences of access to the black in the Federal University of Bahia, BA, and the access of the indigenous in the State Universities of Paraná, PR, and in the Federal of Paraná, PR.
