This chapter presents a detailed reflection on the development of inclusive education approach and its current tensions in Latin America, in order to deepen the timely and relevant search fundamentals. The absence of an epistemic knowledge and pedagogical knowledge on inclusive education and education for all is recognized. This invites us to recognize the need to advance the development of a new epistemological paradigm in the field, because the future has been demonstrated that this new conceptions of differentialist type-denying human differences.
