Estrés en estudiantes

Objective: To determine the factors that affect negatively on the welfare of students of the sixth semester of nursing at the Technical University of Ambato are and how hurt both the psychological and physical health being these that do not allow deal appropriately in daily life each of them and in education, on the other hand are the specific objectives which try to analyze what stressful situation are the students and the consequences that this type of phenomenon can cause are. Material and methods The research is qualitative with type A descriptive cross-sectional design. For which it has con- ducted a survey whose structure consists of three parts the first allows to know factors that cause stress in the classroom, the second part allows to know how stress affects physical health and a third to analyze how the Psychological stress affects the student area. Results: As results is that students with higher levels of stress are those whose time is limited or not this well organized which does not achieve success in the completion of their tasks therefore tend to get stressed more frequently causing them slight damage to health. Conclusions We conclude that the most common cause stress factors is the time not organized, lack of attention paid to the student in class and lack of confidence in themselves.Objetivo : Conocer cuáles son los factores que inciden de manera negativa en el bienestar de los estudiantes del sexto semestre de enfermería de la universidad técnica de Ambato y como perjudican tanto la salud psicológica como física siendo estos los que no permiten desenvolverse adecuadamente en la vida diaria de cada uno de ellos y en el ámbito educativo, por otro lado están los objetivos específicos los cuales tratan de analizar en qué situación de estrés se encuentran los estudiantes y cuáles son las consecuencias que este tipo de fenómeno puede ocasionar. Material y métodos El estudio es no experimental con un diseño descriptivo de corte transversal, se relacionan con las variables involucradas, además es de corta duración en un periodo corto de tiempo, el instrumento utilizado fue encuesta cuya estructura consta de tres partes la primera permite conocer factores que provocan el estrés dentro del aula de clase, la segunda parte permite conocer como el estrés afecta a la salud física y la tercera parte permite analizar cómo el estrés afecta al área psicológica del estudiante . Resultados: Como resultados se tiene que los estudiantes conmayor grado de estrés son aquellos con cuyo tiempo es limitado o no es este bien organizado lo cual no permite alcanzar el éxito en la culminación de sus tareas por lo tanto tienden a estresarse con mayor frecuencia provocándoles daños leves en la salud. Conclusiones Se concluye que los factores más comunes a causar estrés es el tiempo no organizado, la falta de atención que elestudiante presta en clase y la falta de confianza en ellos mismo
