Introduction: Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by ycobacterium leprae, which primarily affects the skin and peripheral nervous system. Objective: describe the pattern of presentation of Hansen’s disease in patients admitted to the Sanatorium of Fontilles well as its development and after-effects of the disease. Methodology: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study and retrospective, cutting quantitative, made through the review of a representative sample of the total medical histories archived in the Sanatorium of Fontilles.
