Derechos del consumidor: Consagración constitucional en Latinoamérica

Modern history is particularly interested in the position occupied by consumers and entrepreneurs in the market and as its consequence, States have been evolving in the way they intervene markets. The analysis of the constitutional principles for consumers' protection shows the powers and instruments that State and citizens have in order to make that protection effective and enforceable. We expect comments about the analysis contained in this article.En la historia moderna ha venido prestándose particular atención a la posición atribuida a los consumidores y empresarios en el mercado, en el que el Estado ha evolucionado en su papel de intervención. El análisis de la consagración constitucional de la protección del consumidor mostrará las facultades y los instrumentos que tienen el Estado y los particulares para que esa protección sea efectiva y el nivel de dicha protección.
