Vocational choice represents a fundamental task in late adolescence and, as such, it is directly involved with the multiple aspects of the self. The aim of this study was to describe the relationship between the variables of Self-Esteem and Self-Concept Clarity, as aspects of Self-Concept, and Exploration and Commitment as components of Vocational Identity, in 182 adolescent students in the last two years of high school education. Those variables were assessed through the Career Development Inventory, the Vocational Identity Scale, the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, and the Self-concept Clarity Scale.
