This article argues that Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) processes can enhance meaningful and transformative reparations for victims with disabilities in Colombia. It first explains the legal and public policy framework for the prevention, attention, assistance and full redress of victims with disabilities in Colombia. Second, it analyzes rehabilitation as a full redress measure at the international and domestic levels.
