This work focuses on questioning the way of organization of schools and their relationship with the instrumental rationality, the State adopts in its decision-making, to show the phenomena that express a supposed neutrality and a naturalization that neoliberal ideologies advocate. The aim of this work is to carry out a review of critical thought to the quality of school organization. This approach made the critical theory a theoretical category to the analysis of school organizations. We elected to the Frankfurt School, to discuss and reflect on other modes, or other logic to represent a school organization.
